Mavado’s Birthday Bash Back on for This Saturday Night

On December 2, Entertainment Vybz published an article, stating that Mavado was denied permit to host his birthday bash at Temple Hall, in St. Andrew, Jamaica.

Today we have been reliably informed that the event will be held as planned at a new venue on Saturday December 5.

There were speculations that the police refused to issue the permit citing the gully/gaza issue as the reason, however, we were told that the initial location (Temple Hall in St. Andrew) was the reason for the non issue of the permit.

We have not been able to find out why permit was denied for Temple Hall, but Mavado’s Birthday Bash is back on for this Saturday night, at the Building (formerly the Asylum) in New Kingston and no permit is needed to host the event at this venue.
