The Police are yet to release the identities of three who were killed during the robbery of a cambio in Ocho Rios, St. Ann yesterday.

The three were killed when they engaged the police in a shootout on Milford Road in the parish. The fourth man escaped.

Information received by the CCN is that about 1:40 p.m., two of the men, armed with guns, robbed the cambio and upon exiting they were accosted by two off-duty police officers. The robbers opened fire at the lawmen who returned the fire.

Another officer came to the assistance of his colleagues and the exchange of gunfire continued as the gunmen attempted to join a third man in a Honda Partner motor car. The three were joined by another man who also shot at the lawmen.
