Chino Does Brilliant Sting Performance; Ready for Antigua & more

(Kingston, Jamaica) — After a great Sting performance, which media reports also confirmed, Dancehall & Reggae artiste Chino has taken a break for the holidays, but will be back at it, on January 1.

To kick-start the new year, Chino, whose correct name is Daniel McGregor will be in Antigua for yet another phenomenal performance. “This year has been a lot of hard work, and leading up to Sting I decided that I really wanted to end the year on a high note and that’s what I did. So now I’m off for the season, well, until January 1,” he said laughing.

Also in heavy rotation is Chino’s recently released medley video for From Mawning/Pon Yuh Head. “I list want to say nuff big up and blessings to the fans, media, promoters, selectors and everyone for showing Chino and the Big Ship family love and mekkin di ting shot. Pure mad tings coming for the new year, so everyone should look out,” he said.

In addition, Chino will be performing on the concert everyone’s been yakking about: the Coke Zero – Sean Kingston concert. The concert which will be staged at the LIME Golf Academy, January 16, 2010 will be both action and lyrically packed with performances by Ding Dong, Etana, Voicemail, Elephant Man, Alaine, Tifa, Demarco and more.

Plus the performances will be great, they have some great artistes on the show and fans are gonna enjoy themselves that night,” he said.

To gain entry to the Coke Zero concert, fans must have 3 Coke Zero labels and $100, and will be able to redeem their tickets at any Burger King or Mother’s restaurant islandwide.
