Beenie Man Granted Station Bail

DANCEHALL artist Beenie Man was arrested at the Hunts Bay Police Station for assaulting LA Lewis. However according to the Observer he was granted station bail today after being charged with assault occasioning bodily harm arising out of an incident where he is alleged to have assaulted fellow entertainer LA Lewis.
Beenie Man along with selector Rolexx were charged and given bail set at $100,000, his attorney Charles Gangasingh told the Observer.
“I secured bail for both of my clients this morning and Beenie Man is now on his way to France,” Ganagsingh said.
The deejay is to embark on a 22-show European tour which will kick off in Paris. He is set to leave the island today.
He is accused of assaulting LA Lewis following the funeral of slain Voice Mail member O’Neil Edwards when LA Lewis reportedly ran into the back of Beenie Man’s spanking Audi Q 7. It is alleged that Beenie Man came out of his vehicle and physically accosted LA Lewis.
