Body of Missing Female Found In Negril

The body of 25 year old Lerian Clayton also known as Mimi of Top Road, Little London in Westmoreland, Jamaica was discovered in bushes in the vicinity of the RIU Hotel, in Negril this afternoon.
Miss Clayton was last seen alive about 11pm on Tuesday.
It is reported that she left home to visit the father of her child in Hanover. Family members and friends became suspicious and concerned when they learnt that she did not arrive at her destination.
A report was made to the police and a search launched.
Family and friends stumbled upon her body in the bushes about 3:00pm today. When discovered she was only wearing a blouse and the police are theorizing that she was raped.
The police are now carrying out investigations into her death.
